George Michael's debut solo album is to be resissued on January 31, Sony Music has announced.

Faith was originally scheduled for release this September, but the campaign was postponed after Michael was jailed for driving under the influence of drugs and possessing cannabis.

First released in 1987, Faith went on to sell more than 20 million copies worldwide and spawn six US top five singles: 'I Want Your Sex', 'Faith', 'Father Figure', 'One More Try', 'Monkey' and 'Kissing A Fool'.

It was named Album Of The Year at Grammy Awards in 1988.

The remastered version will be available in several different formats, including a "Limited Edition Numbered Collectors' Box Set".

Formats:

In addition to the limited edition numbered collectors box set, Faith will also be made available in three more exciting formats: a two-CD/DVD special edition, a two-CD duo box edition and an iTunes LP.

According to the site it will be. The only thing you have to order from Sony will be the boxed set. That's what I want, but $140 is a tad steep. Especially if Welcome 2 America is coming 2 my area.

Yeah,$140 is alot of money for something like this It'll make a cool Christmas present,though.
