Will he make it?

I wonder if the Las Vegas odds makers are gonna put Weezy's probation up on the board for wager.

3 years without alcohol or drugs? I know which side I'd bet on. wink

Lil Wayne checks in with Ariz. probation officer

YUMA, Ariz. – Lil Wayne has checked in with the officials in Yuma County, Ariz., to begin a three-year stint of unsupervised probation for a drug conviction.

Yuma County chief probation officer Steve Hardy says the 28-year-old rapper's case is being transferred to his home state of Florida. For the next three years, he must avoid drugs and alcohol and not commit any new crimes, among other conditions.

Lil Wayne, whose real name is Dwayne Carter Jr., was released from a New York jail Thursday after serving eight months in a gun case.

He pleaded guilty in Yuma County in June to a single felony drug possession charge stemming from a Jan. 22, 2008, incident in which his tour bus was stopped at a U.S. Border Patrol checkpoint east of Yuma.

Authorities say they found cocaine, Ecstasy and a handgun.

He's going back to jail! He should have stayed in there and did his time and walked out with no conditions hanging over his head.

When eye go 2 a Prince concert or related event it's all heart up in the house but when eye log onto this site and the miasma of bitchiness is completely overwhelming!

So, as Animal New York points out, that cognac-colored drink in the snifter next to Lil Wayne in this Twitter picture taken right after he was released must be apple juice or cherry soda or something. And it seem like not the right move to host a bash for Lil Wayne at a strip club which reportedly already features 48 bottles of $700-dollar PJ Rose Perrier-Jouet. Guess he'll have to just look at all that booze, like he was doing in this picture. [TMZ, Animal New York]

He couldn't drink apple juice or cherry soda from a simple cup? Oh I forgot that was his cup where he used to drink purple lean, my fault. confused
