What about my girl Trinere, "They're Playing Our Song," "All Night," and "I'll Be All You Ever Need."

Others:

Freeze, "I.O.U."
Expose had a few hits that went pop, "Come Go With Me," "Point of No Return"
Taylor Dane, "Tell It To My Heart"
George Lamond, "Bad of the Heart"
would Shannon count?

Just FYI...

Trinere & Friends GREATEST HITS is being re-issued and expanded courtesy of RED Distribution either Feb 11 or 25...cant remember...

One of my favorite freestyle tracks was by TKA (???) The song was "One Way Love" and I believe Marc Anthony was involved...I think his voice was used but a 'prettier' boy would lip-sync...I may have this mixed up...nonetheless...I loved that Jam!!!

Other great trax

SWEET SENSATION-"Hooked On You"
SWEET SENSATION-"Take It While It's Hot"
CYNTHIA-"Change On Me"
CORINA-"Temptation"
LISETTE MELENDEZ-"Together Forever" (her salsa rocked!)
CYNTHIA/JOHNNY O-"Dream Boy/Dream Girl"
DEBBIE DEB-"When I Hear Music" and "Look Out Weekend"
COVER GIRLS-"Because of You"
WILL TO POWER-"Dreamin"
DINO-"Summergirls"
STEIVE B-"Spring Love"

so many more...gimmie some time!
Every minute of last night is on my face today....

"Endless night" by Cynthia was one of my favorites!

Also, "Change on me" and "Thief of heart"

"Love Letter" by Giggles

TKA's "Louder than love" was my favorite, among "Scars of Love", "One way love", and "Maria"...I was really feelin' that group!!!

"Come into my arms"...Judy Torres?

"I'll be all you ever need" by Trinere

Johnny O's "Fantasy Girl"

"Sending all my love" by Tolga

"Silent Morning" by Noel

Even Lil Suzy's "Take me in your arms", which was played like crazy...there are so much more, I know a lot of em', just have to go back, but I wouldn't mind! music...wink

Tiana's, "First true love"...

AND talk about freestyle, remember that HOUSE music?

The Jungle brothers, "Girl I'll house you" and another popular one, "Acid"...

and "El General" in 1991, "Pu Tun Tun" and the other one that says "fuego, fuego ya llego los bombero...que es lo que quire mamasita de mi...wink!!!" Didn't know the name, but it's still a hot track! smile

NuPwrSoul -- great thread, man!

I actually remember dancing to Debbie Deb, Trinere and Nocera in clubs back in the day! I actually have Nocera's "Summertime" jam on an MP3 CD!

I got one for you that I don't think has been mentioned: Twilight 22! Remember "Electric Kingdom" and "Siberian Nights"?

Ha! I got a "Freestyle Explosion" 5 cd set with all of those hits LOL.

And "Electric Kingdom" and "Siberian Nights"--I got the Rhino Electric Funk set with "Al Naafiysh" by Hashim, stuff by Egyptian Lover, Newcleus (Jam On It), and of coures Planet Rock, etc.

"Al Naafiysh"! I knew a DJ in college who had that 12" -- many a party was rocked with that jam! I almost forgot about that one!

I suppose if we're going to name all of these cuts, we can't forget about "Boogie Down Bronx"...
