Got this classy broad I'm pursuing who keeps playing hard to get. Anyhoo I was gonna post a link on her wall on FB of a love song that she might like which also subtlety tells her how I feel and I need suggestions.

First thing that came to mind was prince's "I wanna be your lover". The title's great but the lyrics are maybe too kinky. Second thing was "i'm gonna make you love me" but I forgot who sings that. Oh she also likes bands like The smiths and other alternative stuff so if you have any suggestions feel free.

BTW what do you think of this?

Although I can only talk to her on the friend tip right now cuz she has a "boyfriend" supposedly. So is that too strong?

also " The Way You Make Me Feel" is a good choice.

Yea that's the one! I remember seeing a duet of Stevie & Diana doing it but didn't know who's it was. The way you make me feel is a solid choice but I think a tad too conventional for this one. I need heartfelt, sincere, a little funny and a tad obscure(at least for someone in my age range) MJ is just too well known.

Good choices bro but I'm going for something with a title that is cleverly blatant like "come see about me" or "I'm gonna make you love me" "all I do" "I wanna be your lover" to give it that "he cannot be serious" cheesy-in-a-good-way feeling. etc. Also I'm not just trying to hit it and quit it lol so all day sucker isn't for me! I never considered I wanna make her love me, but it sounds a bit dated I want the song to, idk sound "ethereal" kind've like the best love songs but the subject matter of course has to be burgeoning love, or love not yet happened, and i don't think young stevie for that. At least not in this context. The Miracles one might be a prime candidate though!
