Justin Bieber Reportedly Investigated For Assault Pop superstar Justin Bieber is reportedly being investigated for assault at a Canadian laser tag facility, according to TMZ. The website says that a 12-year old boy claims that Bieber hit him while playing at the facility. Bieber’s rep told TMZ that it was not true (as of press time, Bieber’s reps had not returned EW‘s requests for comment).

I understand he is very competitive at laser tag. I saw that video of his in the bowling alley where he was singing about how he hates losing indoor games; you can see he has the face of a stone-cold sportsman. I'm afraid of Americans. I'm afraid of the world.

Ridiculous. You don't need an "investigation" or a media circus for this. All that's required are the parents of the two boys have a ten minute chat. Music, sweet music, I wish I could caress and...kiss, kiss...

Investigation? Can they just interview the parents and get to the bottom line? I bet if Justin wasn't famous, there wouldn't be an "investigation".

Would you admit to being bitch slapped by Justin Bieber? When go 2 a Prince concert or related event it's all up in the house but when log onto this site and the miasma of bitchiness is completely overwhelming!

I know right? Had he still been Justin Beiber, singer of YouTube videos, this wouldn't have even made a blip worldwide.

kids hit each other all the time. I don't endorse it, but usually an apology is sufficient, no need to take him to court!

The investigation is done as much to protect the "celebrity" as anything else. It's still a ridiculous waste of resources, though.

True. | |

I read on another board that they knew which laser tag place it was and probably the 12 year old who is a pain in the ass.

Excuse me for being daft, but every game of lazer tag I played involved running around a dark room with dark lights that lit up some neon wall strips.
So people were giving each other bruises all day long.

Are you serious? Then how come the boy think it was Beiber?

no, they were saying the accuser was a pain in the ass and glad he got punched

My point is, voluntary sport involvement. It's like saying "Bieber kicked me in karate!"

Is this even relevant? I mean i guess in todays BS world it is, the fact that TMZ is considered a "valued" news source more than CNN (which is CNN's fault example, the bubble boy all day story) i mean whats next, some 16 year old filing a suit against Miley Cyrus because he jerked off too much to her and now he cant walk. I mean WTF is up with this world? People think they are WAY too important when they arent in the world of relevance. Beiber is a here today gone tomorrow, you might as well get the rehab episodes ready and the bankrupt stories and mgmt ripping him off, and of course i cant wait till he does THAT album where he says "this album is more of me" get real with this kid. the story I got was that the other kids surrounded Bieber and started calling him names and yelling out slurs...he pushed through the crown to get away and accidentally push the one boy in the face.
Basically, I think these other kids were some haters. Most teen boys aren't feeling Bieber cuz he's too cute, too talented and all the girls like him- plus he's making mad paper. Boy bands and solo male teen artists are always getting hated on by the dork dudes who couldn't get pussy even if it was raining from the sky and they had laundry size buckets.

^^ Too bad if that's true. Because Justin Bieber could clearly rent a place out and play privately if he so desired. I thought it was cool that he was doing the normal thing by playing with other kids.
I know I've said it before, but I don't have, or get, the Bieber Fever. However, whenever I've seen him interviews or on tv (like Shaq VS) he really seems like a normal, silly teenager. He says stupid things sometimes, but that's what 15 year old boys do. Anyway, from what I've seen of him outside of his music (which ain't my thing) I'm actually rooting for him to turn out normal. So long as he has some people around to tell him that the media is making him what he is and explain that they WILL also take it away, I'm sure he'll be fine.

Someone's trying to get some of that 'Baby' money from the Beaver. Seriously, this story isn't nearly as shocking as the fact that Justin Bieber is launching his own nail polish line with OPI soon. Now that's a WTF?!?! story right there. Prince Rogers Nelson

I hear you! Nail polish?!?! Total WTF story! "If you enter this world knowing you are loved and you leave this world knowing the same, then everything that happens in between can be dealt with" - Michael Jackson

When I heard them announce it on the radio, I totally thought they were joking and then I thought that I had misheard them. Why the hell does a 16 year old boy have an interest in making nail polish? Miley Cyrus gets her own clothing line at Wal-Mart and the Beiber gets some nail polish...ain't that a bitch? I wonder if one of the colors is going to be called 'Bieber Blue'? Prince Rogers Nelson

Because if he gets, let's say, five cents on each jar sold and they sell ten million of them he'll come away with $500,000. If he gets fifty cents on each jar his take would be $5,000,000. Not sure what he'll get or how many they'll sell, but it seems like a pretty brilliant idea to me. Girls are going to be buying it anyway, why not slap your name on it and make some money?
