Another hot one. If I'm not mistaken, I think Luther Vandross had done some work with this group. Andy is a four letter word.

They were kinda the "funk alter-ego" of the band "Change". Never get sick of em....every album was DOPE.

Change funked also occasionally with tracks like "Burns Me Up" / "Hard Times (It's Gonna Be Alright)" / "Got To Get Up" / "Stay 'n Fit" / "Tell Me Why" / "This Is Your Time" / etc...

Oh FASHO. Love all of Change's stuff too. But I remember reading how some of the shared management / personnel / production kinda "doled" out the material to either band (Change frequently getting the better material).
It's been cited as the demise of both bands, but I think in retrospect, BOTH catalogs shine.....no matter what flavor the projects had. Great music. Funk Is It's Own Reward

yup, and what about High Fashion or Zinc ? ... some tight jams
the late Jaques Fred Petrus mixed also some Chic-ingredients (especially vocal arrangements) into his own production-sound , imo
