Exactly. Many paople have called MJ a "has-been" a "self-proclaimed King of Pop" and things like that while it´s obvious that he still rules the world cause they know that if you make anything Jackson related, it´s gonna be the biggest thing. The more closer to MIke, the better and who is closer than his kids especially after all these years of being hidden from the public.

Yes, i would love to hear the kids talk, but I don´t want it to happen this way and I don´t want someone like Oprah to talk to them.

I'd just like to point out that Joe Jackson was the one behind the book. However, he made Katherine its face in order to avoid a public backlash/to sugarcoat the public. He knew that, if he used his wife as the book's face it would sell and he wouldn't get criticized. However, don't get fooled; Joe's the mastermind behind the silly, "made to fill our pockets" book.

And whoever thought the kids wouldn't be interviewed is an idiot. Or a Jackson Family fan with the respectives blinders on.

God save those kids! It's a shame Debbie Rowe hasn't intervened (what a funny, lovely word) yet.

that's what makes taj's mea culpa so pitiful. sources had already revealed what others had quickly deduced - oprah was at hayvenhurst to interview those kids under the guise of interviewing 'the family' or katherine.

but taj, so quick to defend the indefensible, put his little tweet out there saying that, no, the kids hadn't been interviewed, and getting all haughty about the fans willing to believe 'tabloid sources'. it wasn't that the fans believed the tabs - it's that no one needed a hammer to fall on their heads to see what was up. as the saying goes, stevie wonder/ray charles could see what was up here. so yeah, taj is a freakin' idiot.

he went on to say that his grandmother is 'using oprah' to set the record straight on mj. PUL-LEEZE. yep, that's gonna happen...NOT! oprah did not come to hayvenhurst to rehabilitate mj; she's bashir in a dress. i'll be the first to eat my words if the interview goes well, but i don't think i'm going to have to.

I completely agree with you. If Joe tells Katherine to start making Michael's life an absolute living hell so he can make money, she'll do it...well, at least, she has done it several times. Hell, we're talking about a woman who knew full well her husband had sex with multiple women and basically anything that had a skirt on every day and even supported some of his mistresses. And I could go on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on. The bottom line is: Michael was denial. He didn't want to believe that even his own mother saw him as a money making machine.

I'll remind you of the Rabbi's tapes. There's a part in which Michael talks about how him and his siblings would beg with tears of desperation in their eyes for Katherine to leave Joe, but she wouldn't have it. Like Latoya said the first half of her book (the one she admitted was completely true and the one the Jacksons got surprised every word was true) Katherine would call her husband a "monster", "Satan", "the devil", "the evilness in person", but, whenever he arrived home, she would drop the kids and run into his arms with a smile from ear to ear.

and they are/were a family act... it might have been detremental to the 'family' image to seek a divorce.

There is some Truth , I been Raised as a JW and me and her are nothing alike I would have left his behind years ago. Like any other marriage you have a good reason go get a divorce plain and simple.
