One of my faves by him. Jazz meets southern blues. I used to splice mix tapes with its reprise, "Still Rainin', Still Dreamin'."
Great tune, sis. | |

Love this one! I wish a fuller jam version of this was released because I know this had to be one of those long, all-nighter sessions. This and its reprise, Still Rainin', Still Dreamin' are two of my favorite highlights from Electric Ladyland. Check me out and add me on:

Not as trippy as the original version, but I love the reprise just the same too.

I just watched the "Classic Albums" documentary and I found it to be so funny and SO wrong when they first pressing of the album was titled "Electric Landlady" Boy, that would've changed the course of history.

Whoever has one of those first pressings, it's a collector item (like the first pressing of the Victory LP.) PRINCE: Always and Forever
MICHAEL JACKSON: Always and Forever ----- Live Your Life How U Wanna Live It

Hendrix would've fucked someone up too if it came out with that title. I know I would lol
