Love how he re-arranged this tune.

Its an interesting take; though i think this is because there is no grand piano with him, but I love the sound of the rhodes and how funky it sounds like this, so its all good.
Anyway, I'll take this performance and raise you this:

Leave it to Mr.Morris to work a crowd I love that moment he had with his background singer. And I love how the grand piano gave this take a lighter sound. The rhodes was right up my alley though, it gave it sombred it up.

I loved when the Wonderlove ladies were each given a shot at the mic. And Stevie imitating Ray's guitar chops (I believe that was Ray Parker he was imitating lol). And the camaraderie between Stevie and his band. I think a band member sung along when he went into "so I'm...I------'m taking ouuuuut!" Then the call and response thing with his audience...

That is some funny shit I thought it was somebody from the audience. I'm not sure.
I'd love to know who was the guitarist too

Ray Parker Jr. I think he was 16 or 17 here. You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton
