Klum told Oprah Winfrey in 2007 that she first met Seal, 47, when she was sitting in the lobby of a New York City hotel. The singer had just returned from the gym and was wearing bicycle shorts. "I was sitting there and I was, like, Wow!" Klum said. "I pretty much saw everything. The whole package."

Lol... Not doing much to dispel the old myth of what attracts white women to black men there, then!

I really like this song, and am thinking I'm going to have to get this album (despite its lukewarm reception on this forum). I thought I wasn't going to like the video, as I sometimes find these sort of celebrity couple lovefests a bit self-indulgent. I found it quite sweet, though, as there did seem to be natural and ingenuous affection between them, which was quite touching.

I cling to a romantic notion that it's not the only thing on people's minds, nor all that the men in question might aspire to be prized and cherished for. (I'm told that it's not even an anatomically reliable axiom, though I can't say I've verified this through any original 'research'....)

Seriously, though: a video full of tenderness; a raft of recent interviews with a proud, devoted dad; but the CNN blog writer goes and inserts an old, off-the-cuff snippet about Heidi eyeing Seal's 'package' (one that neatly coheres with a hoary old myth) when it comes to letting us know more about her attraction. Meh. I'll let it slide and people can do what they want with it.
