I'd love to hear Nancy Wilson and Sade duet on "The Old Country," a superb song from the Nancy Wilson & Cannonball Adderley album. Good night, sweet Prince | 7 June 1958 - 21 April 2016

...what's with all the hatin' on Alicia?
I mean, at least she has TALENT. Pick the top 10 artists getting hits on the radio, and they are mostly just entertainers.
ANYWAY...it would be AWESOME to see Sade perform a duet with Maxwell. By St. Boogar and all the saints at the backside door of Purgatory!

I think that both Sade and Alicia Keys are good artists. Neither one is what I would consider to be a really great artist. Sade can be a snooze sometimes and so can Alicia Keys. I did not like Sade's latest album at all - extremely boring arrangements and boring songwriting. Alicia Key's latest faired much better in my opinion, I liked it a lot.

Please baby jesus don't let Alicia keys show up during Sade's show in Chicago next Spring.

Not a popular opinion, but I agree!
I enjoy Sade, but she's just "okay" for me. I have a couple of her songs on my iPod, but I wouldn't listen to an entire album straight through.

Promise, Stronger Than Pride, Love Deluxe are classics. Sade has a great overall niche. Sade's like that one piece of land within the borders of several states. She's jazzy, soulful, ambient, and a little bluesy. Good night, sweet Prince | 7 June 1958 - 21 April 2016

Alicia has SOME talent. But she is not as talented as a lot of people would like you to think (and that also goes for John Legend and India Arie). And off note, when the hell is she gonna pop that kid out? She's been pregnant for 50 million years already. "Lack of home training crosses all boundaries."

I like the duet!
Imagine Beyoncé would ruin a Sade song with her overdone vibrato, now THAT would be bad!
Alicias pregnant belly is hugh Dancing helps relieve the pain. Soothes your mind, makes you happy again!!!

It helped B.B. King a bit to sing with U2. Working with younger acts also helped Carlos Santana, Charlie Wilson, and the Isley Brothers (or rather it helped "Mr Biggs", lol). [Edited 10/11/10 9:26am] You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton
