It's just about being emotionally depressed. Chris Brown wrote it...The video is what is supposed to play what happens in the mind when you start to feel yourself going emotionally insane.

To be honest, I don't think there is much meaning to it, but rather an attempt to seem eerie and frightening. I could be wrong, but that's really what I think. And if that's the case, she failed. I know scarier music than that. | |

Well, Chris Brown wrote it for himself so I can only guess it was about emotions he was going through at the time. Kinda freaky considering what he did a few months later.
