I was just listening to the 'Spanish Fly' CD a few days ago.Love the songs "Everything Will B-Fine","I Promise You","Lost In Emotion" and "A Face In The Crowd".A superb album from beginning to end.

On the first album,my favorite song is "You'll Never Change".I like that song even more than the three singles.

wow. we just finished listening compilation of theirs, and i was going to post a thread. LOL. so many great songs. love them!!

some interesting trivia: One week in the fall of '87,"Lost In Emotion" was the Number One song on the pop charts.The number two song was Prince's "U Got The Look".

I ran across their vids on youtube, while searching for another artist. Their music was the jam of the 80s.

I had the "Spainish Fly" casettte and wore it out! I'll have to buy the CD. It's excellent. Don't have the first album but I'm sure it's great.

Oh my god I loove You'll Never Change...the beat on that song is outstanding. Its funky and experiemental..love the dialogue at the first and end of the song.

They were real good from the mid to late 80's. Spanish Fly

was an excellent album. I can remember having a family reunion

that summer in Hilton Head, SC and Lost In Emotion was on every

radio station that you turned to. It was the summer song of 1987.

I loved the video too. I wanted to be there.

This is still my favorite song from them:

"Can You Feel The Beat" and "I Wonder If I Take You Home" are my faves

I love I wonder If I take you home and All Cried out.

I'd highly recommend this remastered disc of their hits: The sound is brilliant!

I'm seeing Lisa Lisa in concert on Friday October 29 She performs at a Halloween Bash in my area.

Loved them
