If 2pac were still around?

Last night before I went to bed,I wondered if Pac were still around what exactly would he be doing!

Would he be staring in family movies like Ice Cube?

Rapping on songs like "California Girls" with Katy Perry and doing roles on soap operas?

Or would he have retired by now and settled down and had children?

It might be an odd question to ask but I cant help but wonder!

What do you think?

He made peace with Biggie and is living with him, Mike and Elvis on that fantastical island somewhere.

He would be a revolutionist and probably a devoute christian. And I think he would still be creating positive inspirational rap. And warn people about dangers the music industry.

Hindsight is a great thing. No, it isn't really. It's pretty useless.

yeahthat

I also think he would be producing films like T.I and Ice Cube. He would be a business man, and artist, and an educator all in one. But we all know you can't really teach people how to make money, uplift their communities and rediscover their lost history....folk like that always seem to die before their time.

The revolution will not be televised. In fact...it may not even happen.

Out of all the people that passed, unfortunately Pac was not one that shocked me. I don't think Pac had the mentality for longevity.

sad

you mean he was self-desturctive or had a death wish? I think maybe he trusted the wrong people too much or felt he was invincible. Honestly I don't know how you come out of prison not being suspicious of every damn body.

He would've had opened that restaurant he was planning on, producing scores and writing scripts for movies, maybe also directing, have done some more rap both as an artist and mentoring other acts as a producer. In other words he'll be bigger than he was when he was alive. He would've also left Death Row eventually.

you know how a lot of Black men always say they won't live past a certain age....and then run around doing everything imaginable to ensure they won't live past that age....sad

I know Tupac had demons he was fighting around this time (which is why some of his music sounded depressing) but I don't think even with his thinking that he would die as suddenly as he did. From what I gather from reports, he died from shock. 'Pac did NOT expect to die that night despite what his raps may have said otherwise.

If Tupac were still around today, he'd be shooting his mouth off in ways that would provoke some other person to kill him.

He wouldve fallen off about the time Death Row began to crumble.

He'd be forgotten like most of the other stars from previous decades. He wouldn't have the undeserved "legend" status that he got from dying.

So often, in his final years, I found myself thinking "This guy better shut-up, before somebody kills his ass!". Not to take away from the love I know many fans have for him (...I was actually more fond of him when he was with Digital Underground), but in many ways I thought Tupac was very stupid, and that he wasted his fame on nonsense.

One thing is for certain: SOMEBODY got away with murder! Same goes for The Nororius B.I.G and Jam Master Jay. (I don't suppose being Black rappers had anything to do with their unsolved murders rolleyes ).

As Chris Rock once said, all you gotta do is kill a rapper and put a demo tape in their pocket. The cops look at the crime scene and go "THIS IS A RAP KILLING! LET'S GO HOME!" rolleyes lol

Yeah he also said if rockers had gotten shot like Elton John and David Bowie, Bruce Springsteen's house would be surrounded, which further proves the point that as long as it's rappers or rap musicians, forget about finding a killer.
