New Jackson DVDs on the Way, But Not That New

Loyal Michael Jackson fans will do anything for new material … and a new three-DVD set will put that theory to the test.

TMZ has learned a new box set called “Vision” will be released on the 47th anniversary of John F. Kennedy’s assassination — November 22. A source close to the estate tells TMZ the three DVDs feature a vast collection of previously released Michael Jackson videos … and one new video that has never been seen. Yes, just one.

neutral I really hope that this is not true.

Because, unless it contains videos that were not released on the other DVD's of his video's,I dont see the point in buying a three DVD set for just one new video.

Here's the possibilities:

-the videos are in better quality than before (most of Michael's DVDs were made half assed)

-all the videos in one set. Right now, if you wanna see Dirty Diana, you have to watch Number Ones, if you wanna watch Who Is It, you have to watch Dangerous The Short Films, if you wanna watch the full version of Bad, you have to get Video Greatest Hits, if you wanna see They Don't Care About Us, you have to watch HIStory on Film......it could be seen as a hassle. Putting them all on one set is a godsend. I don't even own Dangerous The Short Films, HIStory On Film, or Video Greatest Hits on DVD lol

-the new video

I just hope it includes videos like

Blame It On The Boogie

The Triumph

Say Say Say

the full version of Bad

the full never before seen 25 minute version of The Way You Make Me Feel

Another Part Of Me

the unedited version of Who Is It

Ghosts

also, these were the golden years, michael had the same carriage in an ET interview from the same era. He had so much confidence and knew he had the world on a string. Bittersweet in a way because what he was put through took all that assurance away forever.

lol Apparently 4 edits exist

-The 6 minute edit that starts with Tatiana walking and ends with Michael and Tatiana embracing

-The 9 minute version on the Video Greatest Hits DVD

-The 25 minute version that's never been released

I'm off to see jonathon moffet this week sat a drum clinic in sydeny. He's doing a special mj tribute clinic. Should be great.

Also a 25 minute version of TWYMMF? Wow. I have the 11 minute version with the street gang hassling mj and his dad twilling him to go home with my favorite line "you ain't gonna catch nothing but a cold." then he goes and talks to a neighbor who twills him to just be yourself. It was long by itself - nit sure where another 14 minutes would go.

Has anyone seen this edit or is this just a rumor?

I'm convinced Lisa Marie, Priscilla and Oprah are having a three-way fuck fest. No way could Lisa Marie not suck Oprah's clit so much that she'll be on the show three times in relation to her daddy and Michael. She also sounds much like her mother, first calling her relationship with her famous husband scary, then saying they loved each other. Like mother, like daughter I guess.

falloff

now shita marie presley will completely change her tone , you know MJ is not with us , she will switch to the other face....

Her card has already been revoked , no matter how nice she will be on the show , she is still lowlife, hypocritical two-faced talentless hag......Next ! lol

I can´t imagine what she could say not to piss me off. If she´s gonna be negative about him, I m gonna be mad. If she´s gonna be nice, I ´m gonna be mad she wasn´t like that when he was alive. Maybe she could just come and apologize for everything she´s done. lol That would be ok with me. But I can totally see the questions, she´s gonna ask.

How did you learn about his death?

How did you feel about it?

How long did it take you to get over it?

Did you expect it?

Did you see him take drugs?

When did you last talk to him?

Did he seem ok to you?

How are his kids coping?

Have you met them?

Was your marriage really real?

Did you really have sex?

Did you see him act inappropriately with kids?

Wasn´t he too thin?

How did he eat when you were with him?

Blah, blah, blah...

Oh, I´d love to see that 25 minute version of TWYMMF. I hope they release it.

I have a feeling this "Vision" DVD set, like every MJ release from Sony will be half assed. He is simply not getting the same effort and respect given to artists like Springstein, Dylan, Elvis, Bowie etc. Hope I'm wrong.

Unholyalliance

I'm not sure if this was posted already:

http://www.dosenation.com...hp?id=7594

Devo have been a hit with the cool kids since their very beginning -- the second time they played in New York the show was attended by David Bowie, the Rolling Stones, Brian Eno, Jack Nicholson, Dennis Hopper and the whole NY art scene. Mothersbaugh was even invited out to Studio 54 on a "double date" with Andy Warhol.

"The only time in my life I smoked angel dust was by accident and it was on a double date with Andy Warhol and Michael Jackson," laughs Mothersbaugh. "We all went to Studio 54 and people were passing drugs all over the place.

"Michael Jackson had just finished doing the movie The Wiz and still looked like Michael Jackson back then -- he had an Afro and he was still black. He passed me a joint and I thought, well OK, we don’t have marijuana in Ohio so I’ll try it."

Minutes later Mothersbaugh found himself on the dancefloor as pillars of light were swirling around "like weedcutters" knocking people over and cutting them up. He turned to his date in horror, only to hear her say: "You didn’t smoke any of that angel dust did you?"

A quick glance back to the party showed that nothing was wrong. "The next thing I know she’s telling Andy she’s got to get me back to my hotel room," he adds with a sigh. "That was my first date with Andy Warhol."

In later years, Neil Young would ask the band to work with him, while Kurt Cobain said: "Of all the bands who came from the underground and actually made it in the mainstream, Devo are the most challenging and subversive of all."
