Freakin At The Freakers Ball -Dr. Hook & The Medicine Show I remember listening to this as a kid, my parents had in on vinyl. Dr. Hook had some great songs.

Their best tracks were the ones written by Shel Silverstien, Freaker's Ball is one of those.
Some other great ones: Get My Rocks Off, I Got Stoned And I Missed It, Up On The Mountain & Sylvia's Mother.
There's also a track on the 1975 LP Bankrupt called, Everybody Loves Me that is a much a better song than a recent recording with the same title.
Check them out, I'd recommend my favorite album, Sloppy Seconds.
