Couldn't have said it better myself. Fake MJ dick riders all over the place.

What do other long-time MJ fans think of this post June 25th " phenomenon?"

I mean, it's only natural.

I've been an MJ fan since 1989. I'm 22 years old, so you do the math smile Literally before I could walk or talk. And I was an obsessive fan. I pretty much didn't even care about any non-Jackson family music until I was 10.

So I remember how it was - not just in the post Bashir/trial days. I remember the mid 90's and the way kids at my school would talk about Michael after the first accusations. All the plastic surgery jokes, etc, etc. I would literally cry about it when I was a kid and they'd say all that stuff.

So when I see people now and they try and act like they never said all that stuff - because obviously it's even more nasty to talk trash about a dead man, it's a strange situation. They know that I haven't forgotten the way they used to talk. And it's awkward at times.

But it's not right for me to act all smug about it, as if they're now realizing something I've always known... even though that IS the case. Nobody likes somebody acting like that.

But the people that act like they were always fans/supporters when I know damn well they weren't.... it's kinda frustrating, sure. But I can't hate on it either.

If death was what it took to bring those people round, then it just sucks for them that they weren't able to appreciate a genius whilst he was alive - and maybe next time they won't be so quick to judge someone purely on trashy media sensationalism and hyperbole.

I miss him so much and was so damn angry last night while driving and screaming & crying in my car. Someone was telling me someone in their family is related to the jackson through marriage and I didn't believe them at all and they said they have a picture with michael as well and I was really rude them about it, not even excited for them. I feel like non fans act like michael is cool, and now I act like a bitch when michael comes up cause I am so bitter and angry though I'm also grateful he gets props.

Crazy, wasn't it? lol I've taken a break from it but I plan on getting back into it soon

I honestly wish I lived in the UK in the 90s and 00s because I think my taste in music would've fit better there lol

That video is awesome! Especially since "Bad" was only performed on the first 8 dates of the tour (and then later on in the Japan leg).

I've had the Bucharest show on VHS since it was first aired on BBC2 back in 1992, I believe it was broadcast the very next day after the show, and it's the full concert, unlike the version they released on DVD a few years ago which was edited, and included bits and pieces from other shows.

I always wondered when I was a kid why "Bad" was not in the setlist, so it's awesome to see this rehearsal footage.

If I can remember, when I watched the thing on HBO here in America, the version that was on the DVD was similar to the one we got on HBO... I don't know if I'm certain but I don't remember thinking I saw anything different to what I watched on TV when I was eight lol
