don't nobody shank me for this:

i grew up with the J5 and the Jacksons and then parted 2 go follow the purple banana and thus became inthralled in musical instruments and overall performing. Since MJ's death i have reclaimed and gone through his solo efforts more closely then when they were released intially. With the thanks to youtube etc, i've been able 2 watch complete concerts and then something struck me, no matter where the footage was coming from, MJ never seemed to say the name of the city in his concerts at all. I noticed Janet did the same thing when i saw her live just the occcasional I love u New York here and there. If i were to compare that to other musical acts, it just seemed strange that MJ and Janet seemd "disconnected" 2 the audience in that regard.

again i'm not trying 2 get shanked up in here but just any thoughts or insights about this would be cool.

and did anyone else feel that during MJ's shows wish that he did incorporate more Jacksons material instead of the J5?

man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81

Great selects - love get on the floor - that was a hard one to pass up.

I notice most people are keeping it to 10 or so tracks, lol. I went for 15, as I love songs like 2Bad and Dangerous and especially Whatever Happens.

Well most of his albums don't have more than 10 tracks but if you would have said there was a limit then I might have put more.

My heart breaks for Michael's kids so much when I see pictures of them now.

Especially Blanket....

You know the media will have a field day when he is interviewed as an adult,

he will be shown pictures of his dad "dangling" him and they will try to assult

his father's character, just as they did when Michael was alive, and it just isn't

right. My heart breaks for what has happened to those poor kids, and

what is in store for them. It ain't gonna be pretty. They deserve every dime

Michael left them and then some, cus no amount of it will bring their father

back or any fairness to the world of those 3.

Found this, lol

My classmate told me a few years ago that his family was with his friend’s family at DisneyWorld (Orlando, FL) in a shop when they saw Michael Jackson. The family of the kid asked Michael to take a photo with him and Michael agreed. Apparently, during all the commotion, the kid crapped in his diaper. When Michael held him, he smelt it, and was a little startled.

So, this is a photo of Michael holding a smelly baby. Enjoy. I don’t think this has been seen by the fans before since that group isn’t really into MJ and my friend only showed it to me because I was bugging him about it.

dag - Thank you for posting such a truly fantastic picture of MJ.

Never seen that one before. Love it!

And now for some slightly cloudly news in the world of MJ fandom...

Michael Jackson Cemetery Charges $3 To Leave Flowers

Michael Jackson’s cemetery is allegedly charging fans a $3 fee to leave gifts at his final resting place.

Gossip website TMZ reported that sources at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale, CA said that the cemetery is now enforcing a new gift policy that will require fans to pay $3 to leave flowers, and flowers only, inside Jackson’s mausoleum.

Fans have always been forbidden from going inside of the mausoleum, so cemetery workers will continue to take the flowers from the fans to bring inside. Gifts other than flowers, including teddy bears or pictures, will not be allowed in, and any extra gifts will be stored outside.

The cemetery had previously had a stage set up where fans had been allowed to place gifts of any kind free of charge.

On Sunday I was thinking about Michael and my iPod, which was resting on my bedside cabinet came on playing "I'll be there". The weird thing is the song was being played through a radio station on an iPod that needs a pin code to turn it on! Half an hour ago the same thing happened, but this time the song was "you are not alone".
Has anyone else had what they describe as 'signs'?
