The second album from soul singer Jazmine Sullivan will be released this fall and Urban Bridgez has leaked the tracklisting.

Love Me Back is slated for release on October 5th and will feature 12 tracks, with production help coming from the likes of Missy Elliott and Ne-Yo, among others.

Elliott reportedly worked on at least one track, "Holding You Down," which will serve as the lead single for the album.

Sullivan will embark on a tour with Mary J. Blige and El DeBarge this fall, starting with a show in New York City on October 12th.
