Go into edit your post.
Click your cursor somewhere in the URL you posted. Anywhere is fine. Now click the "broken chain" button (to the left of the A . It removes the text from being a link. It should now not be blue or underlined as if it were a link. It should just be text.
Now, do the usual [youtube] [/youtube] with the URL in between.
A shorter way is to type the above youtube code, and just add part of the URL. The part after "watch?v=", that being the next 11 characters are all you need. Type [youtube] ipgdqI4m7-k [/youtube] (without the spaces) and it'll embed. The 11 characters are the ID of the video, and that's all the code needs to embed the video. Any of that other stuff after is useless. The characters could be letters, numbers, a hypen - and they're usually a combination of all 3, as you can see here. Yours has a hyphen in it. That's just part of the video ID.
