Janet Jackson and her boyfriend Wissam Al Mana was spotted on a stroll in Manhattan yesterday evening. Via The NY Post Jackson, who split with Jermaine Dupri last year after seven years, met the Qatari businessman, who at 35 is nearly 10 years her junior, when she performed at an event in the Middle East last December. Wissam whisked Janet off for a romantic break in Sardinia this summer and friends credit him with helping her cope with the death of her brother Michael. NYC'ers aren't like that, especially depending on the neighborhood, and especially on who it is. I have run into a lot of famous people on my day to day travels, but like whatever. I'm too busy to deal with them and I'm sure they really can't be bothered either.
