I totally remember Your Smile! Classic 80s RnB. I also remember that in high school, a rather pudgy girl sang Y.S. in a talent show, and the audience mocked her by singing along saying "Your SIZE."

BIG Rene & Angela fan.

I never cared for this song that much.

Man I remember this one house party I was DJing... soon as I put on "I'll Be Good" 12" either a dub version or just with the extended intro, all the rappers in the room picked up the microphone and took turns over that Rene & Angela song. I only had one copy to play at the party because I wasn't planning on juggling it, but I had to bring it to the top again, haha.

perfect example of how someone can F'up a brilliant piece of music.

Rene did a solo album in 2005 that received little fanfare. Rene and Angela was working on

an Isley Brothers album in the mid 80's when Rene and Angela got into a dispute and Ron

Isley got involved and the rest was history. Some of the songs on Angela's Sharp album

were personal. You Had a Good Girl was a jab at Rene.

My favorite song by Angela.... she tore this shit UP!!!!!!! I can hear Chaka singing it.

Yeah, i think that one's called something like "Streetsongz" + there's another album which he released before that, about a year after Angela's debut.
