Trivia: Jean Carne (the legendary!) actually sings one of the belts in the song because Phyllis was having trouble hitting it that day.

"Sleep On It" originally appeared on a disc called "Between the Pain and Heartache", which also contains other vault material and alternate versions of her songs. There still continues to be unreleased material from Phyllis sitting in someone's vaults. Gamble and Huff promised to issue an unreleased Phyllis album a couple of years ago and we're still waiting on it.
