If she did screw for tracks, why does everyone else get a pass and she doesn't? There are plenty of people in the entertainment business that do this, so it makes no sense to judge her and ignore what everyone else is doing. Everyone ignores the fact that J-Lo is one of the biggest hoes in the game. It hasn't hurt her reputation at all. Let's not get started on the gay for pay men either. Actually, I'm inclined to believe tha Mya wasn't really hoeish because she's not an A-list celeb. Nowadays, many A-listers don't have talent, so I believe that they are just freaky ass perverts. That's the only way those nobodies became famous because they just don't have the talent.

Not being an A-lister doesn't mean you didn't fuck to advance in the game; it means you fucked the wrong people.
THIS.
Again, I could care LESS about Mya or who she fucked or didn't fuck, my comment earlier was just me gossipping about gossip. Womp womp.

How do you know this? Are you in the entertainment business? Mya isn't the most talented person out there, but she has the "right look". I find it hard to believe the right people haven't "noticed" her because she has the right looks. I still think that she's less hoeish than the A-listers. Unless you know something that we don't. Spill it!
I always thought this girl had potential. Maybe not music-wise but at least entertainment-wise. She could actually dance, but didn't take it far enough. I still remmeber that dance segment where she paid tribute to Janet Jackson on MTV Icon. She owned that moment. I always felt like her management team sucked and she was paired with the wrong business people.
Watch her at 2:30.
This kinda makes me think who would win in a dance off between Mya, and Ciara?

This funk is a serious joint
Nope, no predictable answers, but she came off to me like she was being sarcastic during most of the interview.
I picked up on that too. I felt like she was throwing a bit of shade which is why I found it funny. Would like to actually see the interview. There were only a few real answers amongst the bunch and we haven't heard from Mya in a while. I mean it's not like the interviewer came out and asked Is it true everybody gets a turn? Anyway, can't believe she's only 30.
I don't know which site this was done for but it read to me like the whole point of the random questions was to get funny and random responses back. Tons of publications used to do this in the 90's. EW in particular would end each mag with 10 random questions. I'd wish folks would get back to that type of reporting versus the constant gossip ish that is shoved down our throat. At least then, we see who has wit and intelligence and which artist are just straight up dumb (im looking at you b'weave).
