Okay. I saw Come Get To This, and I just KNEW it was gonna be a train wreck. Don't NOBODY mess with my Marvin.

It's... alright. He sticks pretty much to the original version which is okay I guess.. alto I wonder why remake it if you're just gonna sing it like it's been sung by Marvin for a thousand years. You coulda just done that in the shower and saved us all the trouble.

Joe is like... he's like >>>>thisshort<<<<< of great voice for me. Like he's ALMOST close to great but not there yet. He's just... good. FOR ME. YMMV. I think I have his first CD somewhere in my archives. (Remember... "I'm in loooove, round and round I go...") All The Things Your Man Won't Do did get a little play from me for a while tho, I can't front.

R Kelly & Joe was on the same Record label Jive. Well sneaky R Kelly made deals with Radio Stations & Jive in order to have his music played on there stations they weren't allowed to play or promote Joe's music at all. Which prevented Joe from getting many hit songs or record sales. Joe found this out years & years later after being dissatisfied with the promotion he was getting from Jive. He realized that he was being sabotaged by R. Kelly.

R kelly had a lot of pull at Jive because he was writing so many hit songs that overshadowed Joe's songs. So he took full advantage of it & ruined Joe's career. Joe was a brillant songwriter and should have been a lot bigger. So now Joe went independent & is very bitter. Which he should be. The record industry is very shady...U should listen to Prince he has been right all along about it.

Wow....And Kel's even wrote a song for him too....
