Thievery Corporation - Kings of downbeat

Thievery Corporation are the leaders of electronic downbeat music outside of Europe. Rob Garza & Eric Hilton are Thievery Corporation, two slick looking men from DC who managed to update Bossa-Nova-, jazz-, latin-, reggae- and dub-music by adding cool beats, samples and sound effects. This music takes you on a trip and brings you to the most beautiful places. Ideal after a hard day's work or a night long party, perfect sex-music.

'Mirror Conspiracy' is an excellent album, arguably their best. Their latest 'Richest Man In Babylon' is beautiful. Other favs: 'Abductions & Reconstructions' and their DJ-Album 'DJ-Kicks'.
