Maybe they'll add more to the tracklisting

hmmm I hadn't thought of that. I thought maybe they were postponing it because of him going to jail.

I would think that "Faith" is something that he had better add to his personal life soundtrack... sad

I always wondered why a Volume 2 was never made. It was a little odd to release a CD claiming it to be Vol. 1,but then never release any coinciding CD after that. hmmm

it was made, with vol 1 supposed to be something like "for the mind" and vol 2 "for the feet" with a more danceable selection of songs. but vol 1 didn't sell as well as GM hoped, and he blamed sony for giving up on the marketing after something like six months, but sony felt that six months of advertising for an album that wasn't selling well was enough, and also blamed GM for not starring in his video for the lead track freedom 90 which featured supermodels miming the words isntead.

Well, the lead track was "Praying for Time," but he wasn't in that video either.

I had a clear Live version of that song on a Cd boot. It was called Whispers Of George. hmmm I wonder if I still have it.

He's done enough Stevie Wonder songs to make a tribute album (or at least an EP):

Love's in Need of Love Today

I Believe (When I Fall in Love It Will Be Forever)

They Won't Go When I Go

As

Those are off the top of my head, but I think I'm forgetting some.

Those "Funky Drummer" loops sound dated to me, and I prefer the album Faith.

I prefer LWP, but you can't go wrong with either one.
