February 18th Marks the release of this New STYX cd, the first new studio cd since 1999's Brave New World, and their first without Dennis Deyoung ever. Some will say that STYX is just using the name and touring and making the cash off the name. Well this cd will put that to rest, I have heard 3 tracks so far from their website and they all sound fresh and yet are classic styx. There have been a few reviews already for the CD and all of them have been glowing reviews, praising the creativity that just doesnt exist inthe "younger" artists world. Styx will continue to tour this year in support of the CD and the shows will feature most of the new cd. I have seen Styx 10 times in concert since 1991 and they never are a let down, this CD will prove that "fresh" doesnt always come from younger artists and producers.
