I bought my copy at a small bookstore near Wayne State University in Detroit. I'm digging the issue, but does anybody think that $10.00 is too much to spend on a monthly periodical? 3121 #1 THIS YEAR |

I can understand your point, but Wax Poetics doesn't have the same kind as advertising as other magazines, which is why they have to charge so much. But, when you look at the care they put into the magazine, from the graphics to detailed stories one isn't going to find in the avarage urban music magazine. OK, I drank the kool-aid, but, alongside Vanity Fair and the New York, it is my favorite magazine. |
