A Florida judge ruled singer Brian Mcknight is the father of a 14-year-old boy and owes his mom child support.

The judge in Orange County ruled in favor of Miriam Lee after McKnight failed to file any documentation challenging Lee's claim that he was her son's dad.

The judge also ordered McKnight to pony up $341,640 in back child support.

A spokesman for McKnight said the singer wasn't conceding the issue. "The judgment in Florida was a default judgment made without Brian present," the spokesman said. "He's still looking to establish paternity, and is awaiting the results of a recent test."

Why is this a big surprise? Rumor has it that Brian Mcknight has always been hoish. Apparently, he cheated on his ex-wife many times while they were married. Maybe he didn't get sued sooner becaue the woman doesn't know who her baby's daddy is.

I didn't know he was married, till he got a divorce.

I'm not sure how long he was married.

Yes he was married for a long time before she divorced him...though I think they married young, because he was married when he got famous, so it could had been one of those things where she was there for him before he got famous, and he was really young, but over time (unless he was being a whore) they grew apart and since he's on top he really didn't need her anymore.
