That's terrible - Just confirmation that Madonna is a single's artist - most of her album tracks are really poor with the exception on "Madonna" and "Like a Prayer".

So many Madonna songs still sound fresh to this day. In fact, I'd say that this song in particular not only was ahead of it's time 8 years ago, it STILL is ahead of the curve:

This song takes me back to late '87.Our local R&B station played this song alot,even though it was never an official single.

Now be care when you say that. There are some 1990's brats here in orgville that would love to bitch about Madonna not being or doing "true r&b" songs. It's bad enough that I accidently shock some people about a few r&b driven songs by The Spice Girls.

Not true. The only album were the album tracks were mostly fillers was 'True Blue'. In fact in a lot of her albums (Bedtime Stories, Music, American Life, COAD) the album tracks are the highlights of the album, not the singles.
