Discuss: One Night In Paris- Stevie Wonder Allegedly written in 96' here's its first known performance;
Sung recently at a concert in Paris;
A few thoughts. First performance was definitely where it was first written;Stevie broke down the drums, piano and vocal harmonies with help from the audience. The melody is just beautiful, a great song in the works. I suspect with the second performance, that he has an idea where he wants the song to go; ie you can hear an accordian accompanying the song which gives its a real european feel, and the drums feel reminisicent of "I Can't Help It"
Finally, I wanna hear this cut worked out on a CD. Stevie, release it! At this point in history, we have a choice to make

Wow...amazing!!! Its like he captured the essence Paris & Europe in the song like Prince did on Parade. I really hope this means that a new album is on the way. A Time 2 Love was worth the wait and I'm sure this next will be as well.
