Le Klass - School of Cool

Is this album worth tracking down?

I am having trouble finding it online, the only download link I came across needs a password and the guy who uploaded it didnt post one.

I read that it is supposed to fall under the Minneapolis Sound category but I notice that it was released in 1990 and could be getting tricked into some ballad heavy new jack swing.

Let me know!

You're so glam, every time I see you I wanna slam!

If you really can't find it...lemme know....got it on vinyl.

I was "thumbs-down" on the project back in '90....and when I re-spun it last year, it sounded worse lol .

I dunno tho......you might dig it (if it's new to you) and you like that retro period.

Give me an example of what it sounds like.

Uptempo Vs. Ballad heavy

etc.

Mostly uptempo, but sounded dated & synthetic (all keys). Plus, the hooks just didn't work, I thought.

Compared to say..........Jesse's "Da Crash".....was synthy, but at least sum of the hooks were tite ("Trapped In Phases", etc.)

If U get the time U should hook a player up!

I love the synth vibe and to find something like that in 1990 is worth checking out imo.

Ugh. For 1990, it sounded pretty dated. Thats not my main worry though LOL as the lead vocals were pretty poor.

Romeoblu

The sound like Ready For World the world but not as good.

The first 5 tracks are uptempo then the last four are slow tracks.

The first 5 tracks are ok, Cadallic is by far the best.

If you want a copy let me know and I'll send you one.
