yeah i dont really know how to feel, the industry is up? ok, its bailed out by a clown rapper, a child star, and a over hyped rapper (eminem, miley and drake). The mindset is still the same, i dont really care what sells now, im not impressed, i wasnt impressed when the Backstreet Boys and Nsync were selling a million a day, its not going to change the thinking, so its not even relevant unless these are good top notch cds, now i heard Drake and its nothing special at all, i heard a few from Eminem and i dont like him to begin with so no comment, and Miley, well its pure pop, now more grown up, i could have gotten the same album from Britney (and have gotten) and at least gotten someone with more presence than Miley who has the presence of Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey and Celine Dion added togeter. The second week, 500,000 will be returned!
It's too bad that the 2nd and 3rd week, the sales will drop by 50-60%. Out of those 500,000 sold, 3.5 million people will have a copy in some form or another.

Anyway I'm glad that he has fans that are still willing to BUY his stuff...goes to show for anyone releasing anything right now. Having a tight fanbase is what is most important. Em has always kept his fanbase hhappy by doing things lyrically with his music that are hard to find or come by with any rapper....tell me anyone that can match his storytelling or flow these days. Keep your fans happy and stay true to who you are and people will support you. Straight Jacket Funk Affair
Album plays and love for vinyl records.
