I believe you can do this with Audacity (among others)...

No I'm not asking to convert an flv file, I do that all the time with that free converter site. I want to take some tracks and adjust the key of the songs so I could sing them in a higher pitch cause it's too low for me.

You must goto the degobah system...there you will find yoda...

There is pitch control and some cakewalk software that can change the a# to an E#

But I don't believe it...

You could try to learn the guitar or piano and transform the chords by yourself.

It's really cool.

I do play piano but I want to use the instrumental that's online instead, but convert that. No offense, but I didn't come in here for solutions, I already know what I'm looking for. If you can't help me, that's fine.

If you don't want solutions to the problem you enquired about, why start a thread asking people for help/solutions?

If you already 'know what you're looking for' you would have downloaded the free Audacity and saved us all from your online whining.

Very ingracious.

No offence.

Some user had helped me out a year ago and I can't remember for the life of me who it was, and it was on more than one occasion.

Audacity's the way to go. It's very simple. Plus you can do a lot of other stuff: edit, change the tempo, reverse etc.
