It's one of those songs that if I never had to hear again, it would be just fine for me
I like TLC's first album more than the other releases "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."

I like TLC's first album more than the other releases I have the exact opposite reaction to this song. I couldn't stand it back then, but now I really enjoy it. Nostalgia is a funny thing.

I've always considered this one overrated. It's not a bad song, but they had plenty that were better. "Whitney was purely and simply one of a kind." ~ Clive Davis

I feel the same way about This is How it Works as well, her rap just saves it from being just another good TLC song.

Waterfalls is a good song, but they do have plenty that are much better, including from the CSC album. To me, Creep, Red Light Special and Take Our Time are much better than Waterfalls. Chilli KILLED the vocals on Take Our Time.

One of the greatest songs of the 90's, if not of all time. I'm not a big fan of R&B in general, but I love this. It's very timely and socially conscious with its reference to AIDS. How many R&B songs ever acknowledge that? It makes me cry when I think of people I know who have AIDS or died of it.

Ah yes, comparing songs by title only I actually like Wendy and Lisa's Waterfall better than TLC's Waterfalls. "Get up off that grey line"

Pretty much. The song itself is very good but Left Eye's part to it to the next level. "And When The Groove Is Dead And Gone, You Know That Love Survives, So We Can Rock Forever" RIP MJ
"Baby, that was much too fast"...Goodnight dear sweet Prince. I'll love you always

Reckon the drums were sampled from the start of Sly Stones "Cant Strain My Brain"? Music, sweet music, I wish I could caress and...kiss, kiss...

I played the hell out of this song in 1995 and did a dance to it, but since then I got sick of it though I will never get sick of Left Eye's inspirational rap, which I knew by heart. I love their first 3 albums, don't care for 3D other than Girl Talk.
