That was my jam back in the day. It's still a pretty song.

I've not heard this version before... where can I find it?

George has an earlier live version from 1981, which was the year he wrote most of the original lyrics. THAT is one video I like to find.

I have a audio recording of Wham's first tour where he sings the Blue (Armed With Love) and the Wexler version of Careless Whisper. I'll upload them to youtube now "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."

Wow, gotta give credit for choosing the right version. What's the story behind all of this? Space for sale...

After Wham! released Fantastic, they went to Muscle Shoals to record Careless Whisper with Jerry Wexler, but George apparently didn't like the mix. They performed this version during some shows during the Club Fantastic Tour and shot the video for it but when they really started working on Make It Big, they decided to rework the song and when it was time to release it as a single, they re-edited the video also "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."

Mine too. Reminds me of Myrtle Beach.
And I'm glad he didn't go with this version. "Let love be your perfect weapon..." ~~Andy Biersack

Thanks for this version because I've never heard it before, but I dig the usual version that is played over this one. I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.
