I like those percussive bass lines too but a true walking bassline is one that "walks" the notes individually within the chordal structure of the song such as:

I realize it is sort of redundant lol I think "Good Times" may have shaped later basslines like 112 too, even. Sorta one of those grooves that changed everything after it. Did you like the Youtube?
