One of the best outtakes from the Damita Jo session. Her best songs from that album are the unreleased ones. I'm dying to hear an actual demo from Janet. We've heard many from the Jacksons, but I've never heard a Janet demo | |

Very cool track. Being that this link sent to other Janet joints, it reminded me of some other gems from her treasure trove.
Rich Harrison seemed to bring out some great vocals from her on What Can I Say and Clap Your Hands. I love to hear her open up and use her upper register. Put Your Hand On is pure butter. Did Cathy Dennis help write this one? It sounds like her writing style a little bit to me. | |
