Bret Michael's To Replace Simon on Idol?? Not sure how reliable this source is that I found online but it states that Bret Michael's is up for replacing Simon next season on American Idol. First off I have to say I can't believe how popular Bret is these days. I've been a Poison fan since the late 80's but never would have foreseen all of this new found popularity for Bret.Congrats to him I guess. Is it because of his health issues (which by the way, I question how serious they were considering how many tv appearances he's done since leaving hospital)? Can you all see him replacing Simon?? I'm not sure how I feel about it yet.

He's not replacing Simon. No one has been picked yet.
The other day someone mentioned that Ryan should be a judge, and let Ellen host. I like the idea of Ellen hosting, but Ryan as a judge? The dude is a Crest White Strips abusing talking head. I wouldn't mind seeing Jimmy Jam up there. Him and Randy? Boy, that'd be awesome to see the two of them critique folks. Just please don't get those hacks Jamie Foxx or Usher. | |

A willingness to put it all out there. Those r all great qualities. I'm sure he has his negative/bad side, but he's grown out of it almost. U could see it for real on celebrity apprentice more so than the 2 min's i saw of rock of love. | |

Bret is god at giving criticism. He's very adept at giving constructive criticism in a positive way. Simon's asshole crassness is gone. America is a positive place when it wants to be, this is an example of that. Out with the crass and in with the bad-ass! | |
