Adina had a good single from her second album, which never got released. It was basically about...what else...being a big old freak!

I've always dug Monifah. What happened 2 her?

I must say I was bumpin' that "Freak Like Me" song back then. Didn't Adina catch flack from black conservatives for that jam?

I think Adina was much classier with her freak than the aforementioned trollops. She didn't seem nasty or stripper-ISH IMO.

She was a freak but maybe not nasty about it. It was kind of flirty and fun. The songs had hooks. Can't say which one of them I like better. I actually found the "Fantasy Island" download but never really listened to it. Other than the single, I couldn't get into it.
