"Let No Man Put Asunder" was the 1st track of theirs that grabbed my attention needless to say when I dug a little deeper into their catalogue I loved what I found. music

This may not be for everyone but I loved what they did on Stevie's "love having you around"

That's exactly what we need! A complete,4-disc Salsoul Records box set.

Love Thang, and Dr. Love are Classics. Wow, you know how you hear jams, and you just dont think about how all those jams came from the same group. I was young when they were in their heyday. But Love Thang is still crankin at the grown and sexy clubs.

Although I'm your biggest fan...I'm also your biggest critic. Can you deal with that?

Sisters who were played and probably never really got paid. They were awesome. Thanks for this trip down memory lane.

Hey a repeat from last year! biggrin

I remember doing this exact thread or was it you Sunny that did it and I added to it? Who knows? lol

I just know last year I posted the video to them performing "Armed & Extremely Dangerous" on Soul Train and before long the thread had went to seven pages or something. lol

Here are my favorites from them:

(the 1983 mix produced by Frankie Knuckles and featuring a new lead from the group's lead singer)

(later sampled for Chubb Rock's "Treat Me Right")

That instrumental break in "Dr. Love", is BANANAS!! I mix everything I can find within that break....
