Paul McCartney/Wings: Arrow Through Me Whew...this is one soulful cut from Wings' last release from 1978, Back to the Egg. Sounds very Stevie Wonder-ish and those Fender Rhodes are so tight. May I also add that Miss Badu tastefully sampled the beat break of this classic for 'Gone Baby, Don't Be Long' from her new album New Amerykah Part II: Return of the Ankh. Any thoughts?

Yeah I never heard the album in its entirely. It just so happened that it came on my internet radio and I was surprised that it was McCartney. I couldn't believe Erykah sampled this from this cut for one of my favorite songs off of her new album. Stunning.  Check me out and add me on:
