Honestly, it really annoys the piss out of me, but as long as she can sing the way she does and doesn't lip-sync during her live performances (still annoyed by that VMA performance a few years ago btw...wtf was that all about?!?! ), I tend to ignore it because I don't have to work, live, or talk to her on a daily basis. I just pay for the voice...that's about it. Her image in the 'Not Myself Tonight' video was really beneath her, but so was her image during the 'Stripped' album, but I can't get mad at her because Mariah's image irritates me too and I love her voice just as much as Christina's. I just figure that Christina has a female 'Napoleon complex'. She's 5 foot nothing so she has to do something more than just sing to make herself stand out...same thing with Lil Kim and Prince when he first came out and up until he became a hardcore JW. We, the vertically challenged people of this world, tend to get overlooked when we don't make a statement whether it be vocally or visually. I feel their pain.

Thanks for explaining the 'Janova' title...that makes total sense now. I'm guessing 90% of the material that she's released after 'All 4 U' gets the 'Janova' title. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either....I'll blame that chocolate, gap-toothed troll for that though; he was obviously brainwashing Janet somehow...she seems to be okay now.

MJ had an ability to put magic into his music and performances that no one else will ever be able to emulate. He was 'it'...copy, paste, print. When he died, he took his magic with him.
