 Dude, I just cried watching that. That song made me fall in love with not just Whitney but with vocalists. Great beats are nice but when a singer can deliver a song that touches your heart and soul, a beat really don't matter to me. For me there was Whitney first, Patti, Luther, Tevin, Shanice, Mariah, Prince, CeCe Winans, and Stephanie Mills. They could sing me a Dr. Seuss book and I would have been on the floor. OMG! I still can't believe that Whitney would destroy such a God-given gift the way she did...breaks my heart and hurts my soul. I still can't listen to her new album...just sits in my CD case waiting for the moment when I can truly accept that the Whitney that I fell in love with is gone for ever...which isn't gonna happen anytime soon because I'm still hurt and pissed at that concert footage that I just heard from her UK tour. I think shes bombing. A talent wasted. I think she got up early and needs more sleep. In no way is she ready 2B live again. She's not very good.
But, that's just an opinion, I won't B listening or purchasing. Not based on what I've seen/heard so far. |
