The Cure Disintegration re-issue website (kinda familiar feeling) Hey look! A crazy flash website for the Cure's gigantic re-issue of their landmark (always wanted to say that) Disintegration album. Things move around with your cursor. There's a tape and a broken tv that plays videos. Ummmm.... weird. Right?
Anyway, really great album, pretty interesting website (although it's very resource heavy). Tons and TONS of stuff to stream, including twenty unreleased tracks OTHER THAN the twenty unreleased tracks already included in the re-issue. And this set doesn't even include the finished b-sides as they've been previously released on a different compilation (nice one, there - no doubling up on material). Another full concert from 1989 becomes available for streaming next week. http://thecuredisintegrat...in/#/home/

I should add that it's free, too. Takes a minute to load, though. I'm guessing they're experiencing heavy traffic as it was linked to on a couple music sites recently.

I'm bumpin' my own thread because this is infinitely more interesting than 9/10 of what's being discussed on page one.

Yep. I just can't wait for this release because I've waited over 20 years to get Disintegration on Vinyl. Never wanted the original pressing because it's missing two songs, and the hour of music that is on the vinyl version is squeezed onto one record. Now, we get a proper 2xLP with all 12 songs.
The Disintegration site is even cooler than the Greatest Hits site with all the demos in the stars... Keep your headphones on.
