Damn, nominating Justin Bieber was the smartest move they could make. Now those ratings are going to skyrocket because little girls are going to be tuning in just to see him. Smart move BET very smart. Beyonce doesn't need to keep getting nominated for an album that was 1) wack as hell, 2) over-rated; and, 3) is almost 2 years old. How can they leave Monica out of the Female R&B category...oh, that's right, because her album was 10 times better than Beyonce and they have to give Beyonce at least one award so she'll show up.
