Anyone heard Blair Perkins' remakes?

I just heard his remakes of Alicia Key's 'Unthinkable', 'New York State of Mind', Anthony Hamiltons 'Charlene', and more.

Some feel like he's the new Tevin Campbell....but Tevin was never this talented, vocally, IMHO....
