Last I heard, the king of RnB is Bobby Brown. Now if you wanna talk about the king of pissing on underage girls, yes, that is R. Kelly.

C) I am a Debarge fan and proud of it. They have crafted some of the greatest songs in RnB that have in turn been endlessly sampled.
