I always loved this jam. Maybe i should get XM radio because i
never hear this on the old r&b formats but you always hear Disco Nights and I Do Love You. Make My Dreams a Reality is another GQ jam i love. Keith Sweat was jammin with them back in the day wasn't he. [Edited 5/14/10 13:44pm] Don't laugh at my funk

vainandy said: Keith Sweat???? It has been reported that Keith Sweat was a member of this band.Their bassist is named Keith Crier and if you look at the album covers,he kinda resembles a young Keith Sweat. Not sure if it's really him.

vainandy said: Keith Sweat???? No.Just an inside joke. Keith Sweat was never a member of GQ as it had been incorrectly reported by Wikipedia. Keith Crier and Keith Sweat are not the same person. They do have a bit of a connection. After GQ left Arista, they were on an independent record company together where they wrote songs for each other back in 1985 before Keith Sweat signed to Elektra and broke out in 87. LBC posted the songs here awhile back so they did have a bit of history together. Don't laugh at my funk

People mistakenly assumed that the guy on the right is Keith Sweat in his younger days

SoulAlive said: People mistakenly assumed that the guy on the right is Keith Sweat in his younger days I think that was their drummer Paul Service. I think he left the group after the Standing Ovation album. Don't laugh at my funk
